A weeks worth of Dinner Menu's- all under $2.oo

Monday:

 

Chicken and biscuits with fat free gravy - save some chicken for thursdays meal.

buttered peas and carrots

Fruited jello with cool whip

 

 

Tuesday:

 

Spaghetti with meat sauce

green beans

home made garlic bread

oatmeal raisin nut cookies ( can make these with splenda instead of sugar)

 

 

Wednesday:

 

Lower fat Hot Dogs with Chili Sauce on Roll

A tossed salad

Lowfat Ice cream or frozen yogurt sundaes with banana slices and nuts

 

 

Thursday:

 

Chicken Taco's from chicken left over from mondays meal

salsa and taco chips

chilled watermellon chunks

 

 

Friday

 

Turkey burgers with the trimmings on whole wheat rolls

oven baked french fries

Chilled orange slices

 

 

Saturday

 

Home made Chicken noodle vegetable soup

crackers or warmed fresh bread with a pat of butter

left over fruited jello and cool whip

 

 

Sunday Dinner

 

Chuck Roast with fat free or low fat beef gravy

with plenty of

Carrots, onions and potatoes roasted with the roast.

Lower fat chocolate cake for dessert.

 

Make chocolate cake mix with applesauce instead of oil.
