Guest Guest
I just made a hamburger soup. Brown hamburger (1 lb.), drain, add chopped onion, 1 pkg. beefy onion dry soup mix, 1 Tbs. dry beef bouillion, abt. 6 c. water. Bring to a boil, add 3 chopped potatoes, cook till they are about done; (add more water if needed) add 1 pkg. frozen mixed veggies (and I added 1 extra bag of just corn 'cause my family likes it), bring to boil, add 1 c. alphabet pasta (for the 7 yo!! ). Season to taste with salt, pepper, parsley, dash of Worcestershire sauce, red pepper or dash of Tabasco sauce if wanted, etc. Simmer until all is done; serve with toasty bread. Quote Link to comment
