Dee
This reality show is a pbs special where several people go back in time to the Edwardian Era and live as people would live in that time. From the Lord and Lady of the house right down to the char woman this is one of the best reality shows since Our own Frontier House Series. Next month or this summer PBS is having another series like this only the people will be living in Renaissance Times in England with Knights and Damsels in distress. I can't wait for this one to come on. PBS showed the previews and they were great. Quote Link to comment
Homesteader
I enjoyed parts 1 and 2 but for some reason our lovely cable company (Charter) decided to lose PBS last night so I missed the conclusion. 78 channels and 70 of them are worthless. So why did they have to lose only that one . Darn it! I guess I'll just have to try to catch it when it reruns. Quote Link to comment
logcabinmama
Man, I missed this too. What nights is it on???? Quote Link to comment
Guest Guest
Here's the main website with program info. Check it to find your local programming: http://www.pbs.org/ I wanted to watch it, but the family *had* to see something else on night #1, and I didn't have a videotape. So I missed the first & didn't want to "spoil" the rest by watching it out of order. Quote Link to comment

Dee
Thanks for posting this Cat! I can't wait for the one with the Knights... Quote Link to comment
logcabinmama
Thank you Cat, I'll check and see when it is going to be where we can get it. But, of course, with more in the house, it may not be possible to see it then even. Time will tell. I do enjoy Survivor, Amazing Race and Big Brother when they are on. I think Survivor will be 2 hours next Thursday and again on Sunday night. Then it will be over for this time. So, will have to see if we can watch PBS while we are taping CBS. Thanks again for letting putting the url in Cat. Quote Link to comment
