Cat
I see on FaceBook that today was her birthday. I miss her so much. But I'm so happy that she left us SO MUCH great sharing here at Mrs S and at other places. The Wayback Machine has even more. I left this on her FB page, and it fits here, too. Thinking of you today - what a rich legacy you left us. Your wisdom, grace, kindness, and love lives on via the internet. Quote Link to comment
The WE2's
Didn't come on board in time to really get to know her, but read so many of her posts. I'm glad the current machine still has some of them? Quote Link to comment
ArmyOfFive4God
Gosh, I miss her & OMB so much! Was just talking to Wormie about Westie recently & to Buttercup about OMB. :'( Quote Link to comment
Homesteader
I was just thinking of her the other day. She taught me to add an old vitamin C tablet to wheat berries when grinding them for flour. The acidic tablet makes the flour act like it's aged a bit and will rise faster. Don't understand it but always chuckle when I toss one into the grain grinder. Quote Link to comment
Cat
OldMaineBear (OMB) was a sweetheart, too. After he died, I kept his DD on my FB feed, although we really don't interact much. But when I saw a couple of Mrs S friends writing about him on FB on his birthday, I captured a screenshot and shared it with her. It made her happy, and she thanked me. Quote Link to comment

Jeepers
Funny lady with a world of knowledge she graciously shared. I always think about her sewing machine collection. Quote Link to comment
