Dee Posted August 19, 2003 Share Posted August 19, 2003 Bacon and Cheese Breakfast Pizza 1/2 lb Bacon, cooked and crumpled 1 Pastry for single crust pie (9 inch) 2 c Shredded swiss cheese 4 Eggs 1 1/2 c Sour cream 2 tb Chopped fresh parsley Roll pastry to fit into a 12" pizza pan. Bake at 425 degrees F for five minutes. Sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly over crust. In a bowl beat eggs,sour cream and parsley until smooth; pour over pizza. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until pizza is fluffy and lightly browned. Quote Link to comment
