Mix equal parts shredded mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses instead. Not a fan of marinara? Ranch, Sriracha and barbecue sauce are all yummy alternative dipping options. I used Walmart's Great Value Brands (for crescent roll dough and shredded pizza cheese blend) and it was still delicious, and cut the price in half. We will be making this again!
